It’s time to make use of  that outdoor space you’ve always dreamed of. The friendly and experienced professionals at Archetype Land Design are here to bring your vision to life.  It sounds like you are ready to move.  A design may be necessary in order to provide an accurate estimate.  I am the lead designer for an installation company in Austin and they require that I receive a client budget for the project to be put on the construction schedule.  If you have a budget, you save your date on the construction schedule.  If you need me to help you stay in that budget, my designs resolve those issues.  We design together to build you the outdoor space of your dreams while you wait for construction to break ground.

 

DESIGN STAGE & FEES

+ Ensures Date of breaking ground as you have disclosed your budget.
+ Design while you wait for ground breaking.
+ Similar to an Insurance Policy that you get to create.  

+ A Visual Policy of Agreement.
+ Receive an accurate estimate of the project.  
+ Ensures that the installation is for what you and the designer have agreed, as per the design and drawings. 
+ Designs mitigate construction change orders that cost double during the project.
+ Reduce labor Rescheduling.
+ This initial stage is a Win/Win/Win for the client, designer and installer, as the landscape market is so demanding at the moment.  
+  Installers need more time to build 
   and less time marketing and rescheduling.
